Customer Service Representative – Call Centre

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our telecommunications customers. You will handle inbound calls and emails, helping clients with wireless, internet, billing and basic device issues while delivering a high‑quality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls and email inquiries.
• Assist customers with wireless, internet, billing and account‑related questions.
• Troubleshoot basic device and connectivity problems.
• Educate customers on plans, promotions and available services.
• Accurately update customer information in internal systems.
• Meet performance goals and maintain excellent service standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in a call centre, customer service, retail or support role.
• Strong verbal communication and professional phone etiquette.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and prioritize tasks.
• Customer‑first mindset with solid problem‑solving abilities.
