Customer Service Representative – Applewood Village (30 hrs/week)

About the role

As a Customer Experience Associate at Scotiabank, you will be the welcoming face of the Applewood Village branch. You will help clients achieve their financial goals by delivering friendly, efficient service and guiding them through everyday banking transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers and provide personalized assistance.
• Process day‑to‑day banking transactions accurately.
• Identify simple sales opportunities and contribute to branch targets.
• Promote digital and self‑service banking tools, including mobile applications.
• Listen actively to understand customer needs and resolve inquiries.

• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including part‑time hours.
• Comfortable engaging in basic sales situations.
