About the role
Join Natural Purity’s Home Services team in Hamilton as a Customer Service & Home Services Representative. You will work directly with homeowners at participating Home Depot locations, helping them understand water‑treatment and air‑quality solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Engage customers at Home Depot stores and provide product information.
- Educate homeowners on available water‑treatment and air‑quality options.
- Schedule complimentary in‑home consultations.
- Represent the Home Depot Home Services program professionally.
- Assist families in making informed decisions about their home’s water and air quality.
Required profile
- Legally eligible to work in Canada and reside full‑time in Canada.
- Reliable transportation and bondable status.
- Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
- Positive attitude, coachable and motivated to grow.
