Customer Service Associate – Retail

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Associate to join our team at Canadian Tire in Humboldt, SK. In this role you will interact with customers both in‑store and over the phone, handling inquiries, returns, exchanges and sales transactions in a friendly and professional manner.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in person and on the phone, ensuring a positive experience.
• Process product returns, exchanges and sales transactions accurately.
• Operate the cash register, computer and printer while maintaining the service area.
• Respond to customer questions, requests and concerns promptly.
• Follow health and safety regulations and store policies.

Required profile

• Previous customer service experience in a retail or similar environment.
• Flexible availability to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand or walk for up to 8 hours and lift/carry items as needed.
• Strong problem‑solving attitude and ability to adapt to a fast‑paced setting.
