About the role

Join Canadian Tire’s friendly retail team in Edmonton as a Customer Service Associate. You will interact directly with shoppers, handle product returns and exchanges, and process sales transactions in a fast‑paced, inclusive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone with a courteous attitude.
• Process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately using the cash register and point‑of‑sale system.
• Maintain a clean and organized customer service area.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Required profile

• High‑school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry items for up to 8 hours per shift.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Experience operating a cash register or point‑of‑sale system.
