Customer Service Agent – Seasonal (St. John's Airport)

About the role

Join Executive Aviation’s fast‑growing ground handling team at St. John’s Airport (YYT) as a Customer Service Agent. This seasonal, three‑month position runs from late July to late October 2026, offering the chance to work directly with Canada’s leading airlines while enjoying travel benefits.

Key responsibilities

• Assist passengers with check‑in procedures and self‑serve kiosks
• Prepare aircraft for on‑time departures
• Facilitate boarding and deplaning of passengers
• Greet arriving passengers and ensure a smooth transition
• Follow airline‑specific check‑in policies and airport regulations
• Support airline crew as needed
• Lift up to 70 lb (32 kg) and perform light grooming duties
• Enforce airline and airport policies courteously

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in a customer‑facing role
• Strong punctuality and reliability record
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, time‑pressured environment
• Effective communication in both individual and group settings
• Completion or progress toward a Travel and Tourism, Marketing, or Business diploma
• Previous airport experience is an asset
• Flexible availability for shift work, including evenings and weekends
