Customer Service Agent (Part Time)

About the role

WestJet is seeking part‑time Customer Service Agents to join its airport team in Toronto. In this front‑line position you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a safe, smooth and welcoming experience from check‑in through boarding.

Key responsibilities

• Assist guests with check‑in, ticketing, service fees and reservation changes.
• Support self‑serve kiosks and help passengers with mobility needs.
• Prepare aircraft for on‑time departure and manage boarding and de‑planing processes.
• Provide information for connecting flights and handle guest inquiries.
• Troubleshoot itinerary issues and ensure compliance with safety procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in a customer‑facing role.
• Proven punctuality, reliability and ability to work flexible shifts in a 24/7 operation.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, walk long distances and lift up to 50 lb.
• Fluent reading proficiency in English.
• Ability to work 20‑30 hours per week, on‑site at the airport.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Windows‑based computer software.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
