Customer Service Agent – Bilingual (English/French)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Customer Service Agent to be the primary point of contact for Reitmans (Canada) Limited customers across all communication channels. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a memorable experience that builds brand loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer contacts via phone, email and chat, documenting detailed interactions.
• Act as liaison between customers and internal departments to achieve issue resolution.
• Maintain expert knowledge of order management, merchandise trends, marketing programs, policies and procedures.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics such as average handling time, case quality, tele‑service and first‑call resolution.
• Represent the company’s values of Respect, Integrity, Growth and Commitment.

Required profile

• College diploma in Administration or equivalent.
• At least one year of customer‑service experience (call‑center or retail preferred).
• Strong decision‑making abilities and ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
• Bilingual in English and French (oral and written).
• Availability to work Monday‑Friday 1 pm‑9 pm and weekends 9 am‑5 pm.
