Customer Service Agent – Aviation Ground Handling

You’ll work closely with airline crews and passengers, ensuring smooth check‑ins, boarding and deplaning while representing one of Canada’s fastest‑growing ground‑handling companies.

Key responsibilities

• Assist passengers with check‑in procedures and operate self‑serve kiosks.
• Prepare aircraft for on‑time departures and support boarding and deplaning processes.
• Greet arriving passengers and enforce airline and airport policies.
• Collaborate with airline crews and perform light grooming duties.
• Follow airline‑specific check‑in policies and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in a customer‑facing role.
• Strong punctuality, reliability and ability to work under time pressure.
• Flexible availability for shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Completion or pursuit of a Travel & Tourism, Marketing or Business diploma.
• Ability to obtain a Transport Canada Restricted Area pass and pass a criminal background check.

Required skills

• Proficiency with computers and standard software applications.
