About the role
Join Executive Aviation’s team at Kelowna Airport as a Customer Service Agent, providing a safe and stress‑free experience for travelers. You’ll work closely with airline crews and passengers, ensuring smooth check‑ins, boarding and deplaning while representing one of Canada’s fastest‑growing ground‑handling companies.
Key responsibilities
- Assist passengers with check‑in procedures and operate self‑serve kiosks.
- Prepare aircraft for on‑time departures and support boarding and deplaning processes.
- Greet arriving passengers and enforce airline and airport policies.
- Collaborate with airline crews and perform light grooming duties.
- Follow airline‑specific check‑in policies and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Required profile
- Minimum two years of experience in a customer‑facing role.
- Strong punctuality, reliability and ability to work under time pressure.
- Flexible availability for shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Completion or pursuit of a Travel & Tourism, Marketing or Business diploma.
- Ability to obtain a Transport Canada Restricted Area pass and pass a criminal background check.
Required skills
- Proficiency with computers and standard software applications.
