Customer Service Agent – Airport Operations

About the role

Join Executive Aviation’s growing team at Hamilton Airport (YHM) as a Customer Service Agent. You will be the first point of contact for passengers, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience while supporting multiple airline partners.

Key responsibilities

• Greet passengers and manage check‑in according to airline policies.
• Verify security clearances and enforce airport regulations.
• Assist with pre‑flight seating, boarding, and documentation requirements.
• Collaborate with airline crew to address passenger needs.
• Perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 70 lb, and occasionally help bridge an aircraft.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of customer‑service experience.
• Enrollment in or completion of a Travel & Tourism, Marketing, or Business diploma.
• Flexible availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication skills and a reliable, adaptable attitude.
• Ability to obtain a Transport Canada Restricted Area pass, pass a criminal background check, and hold a valid driver’s licence.
