About the role

Meridio is seeking a proactive Customer Operations Specialist to deliver high‑quality support for its health‑benefits platform. In this remote position you will act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, manage operational tasks, and help streamline processes that keep the business running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer and partner inquiries with clear, timely communication.
• Prioritize and manage incoming support tickets, operational requests, and follow‑up activities.
• Investigate and troubleshoot issues, escalating complex cases when needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate solutions and prevent workflow disruptions.
• Identify and propose improvements to reduce manual effort and enhance scalability.
• Document processes, capture recurring issues, and share insights across the organization.
