Customer Experience Representative – Part‑Time

About the role

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a Customer Experience Representative for its Fredericton Airport branch in Lincoln, NB. This part‑time position involves delivering high‑quality service to both internal and external customers, handling face‑to‑face interactions, phone calls, and rental support.

Key responsibilities

• Take incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, general questions and provide information and resolutions.
• Manage outgoing calls for callbacks, accounts receivable and miscellaneous assignments.
• Provide a high level of customer service in person and over the phone.
• Meet and greet customers in a friendly and timely manner, offering directions and general assistance.
• Assist in assessing vehicle condition upon return and process returns, check‑ins and kiosk transactions.
• Market the company while transporting customers and explain rental terms, vehicle features and services.
• Sell optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options and additional equipment.
• Notify management of vehicle problems and required maintenance.
• Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors by hand or using washing equipment.
• Perform administrative and basic accounting tasks such as research, billing support, accounts receivable, key logs, reports, supply maintenance and customer billing.
• Carry out miscellaneous backup duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Ability to provide a high level of customer service.
• Strong communication skills for phone and face‑to‑face interactions.
• Capability to assess vehicle condition and handle rental returns.
• Willingness to perform basic administrative and accounting functions.
• Readiness to maintain vehicle cleanliness.
• Flexibility to work scheduled shifts (Wednesday‑Saturday).
