Customer Experience Representative (Part‑Time)

About the role

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a part‑time Customer Experience Representative to join its Timmins Airport branch. You will be the first point of contact for renters and visitors, delivering friendly, efficient service both in‑person and over the phone.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls for reservations, rate quotes, and general inquiries.
• Make outbound calls for callbacks, accounts receivable follow‑ups, and other assigned tasks.
• Greet customers, provide directions, and assist with rental needs.
• Process vehicle returns, check‑ins, and kiosk transactions.
• Market optional products such as protection plans, upgrades, and fuel options.
• Report vehicle issues to management and perform basic cleaning when required.
• Support basic administrative and accounting functions, including research and billing assistance.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Basic math and cash‑handling proficiency.
• Willingness to learn rental procedures and company policies.
