About the role
Join Indigo’s store team as a Customer Experience Representative, helping to create a welcoming environment where customers discover books and lifestyle products that inspire joy.
Key responsibilities
- Support daily store operations before or after opening hours, including early‑morning (5 am) or late‑evening (10 pm) shifts.
- Conduct inventory cycle counts, replenish stock, manage product returns and receive incoming merchandise.
- Maintain merchandising standards to create a visually appealing store environment.
- Engage customers on the floor, share product stories and curate personalized collections.
- Respond to customer feedback promptly and uphold health‑and‑safety standards.
- Contribute ideas to improve employee and customer experience and support continuous self‑development.
Required profile
- Ability to work flexible early‑morning or late‑evening shifts.
- Strong interest in books, ideas and lifestyle products.
- Customer‑focused attitude with a desire to add joy to shoppers’ experiences.
