Customer Experience Representative

About the role

Join Pattison Food Group, Canada’s largest Western‑based provider of food and health products, as a Customer Experience Representative in Langley, BC. You will be the trusted voice for customers, delivering exceptional service via phone and email and helping them navigate our online shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and email.
• Listen, understand, and resolve customer needs with empathy and efficiency.
• Assist customers with online shopping tools and navigation.
• Document and track compliments, concerns, complaints, requests, and product/service inquiries.
• Partner with e‑commerce and store teams to resolve order‑related questions.
• Support customers with the More Rewards loyalty program.
• Take ownership of issues and see them through to resolution.
• Capture feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of customer service experience.
• Proficiency with computer applications and a strong aptitude for learning new technologies.
• Ability to type at least 50 words per minute.
• Previous call‑center experience is an asset.
• Passion for helping people and delivering great service.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Adaptability to changing priorities and fast‑paced settings.
