Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a friendly, professional, and approachable attitude.

• Learn about each customer's needs and introduce products that may be a good fit.
• Answer questions and provide clear, helpful information.
• Help create an inviting, energetic environment at our event sites.
• Continue developing product knowledge and communication skills through ongoing coaching and team meetings.
• Represent the company with professionalism, enthusiasm, and outstanding customer service.

Required profile

• Available to work full‑time, including weekends and some holidays.
• Hospitable, people‑oriented, and genuinely enjoy working with others.
• Confident communicator who enjoys meeting new people.
• Pride in creating positive first impressions and making others feel welcome.
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and a customer‑first mindset.
• Motivated to learn, grow, and contribute to a supportive team environment.
• Valid driver’s licence and access to a personal vehicle are strong assets (not required).
