Customer Experience Associate – Full-time (Laval, QC)

About the role

Join TD Canada Trust as a Customer Experience Associate and be the front‑line representative for our clients in Laval. You will deliver friendly, accurate service while helping customers find the right banking solutions for their needs.

Key responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, bill payments and other financial transactions following TD’s procedures, industry regulations and the Code of Conduct.
• Identify customer needs, recommend appropriate banking products and refer clients to specialised partners when required.
• Respond to inquiries, resolve concerns using standard processes and escalate non‑standard issues as needed.
• Achieve sales and service targets by promoting relevant banking solutions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of products, policies and procedures.
• Contribute to a positive, diverse and equitable workplace by supporting team members and participating in performance development.
