Customer Engagement Associate

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Engagement Associate to deliver exceptional service and support inside sales activities, building strong relationships with healthcare partners across Canada.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and professional support to healthcare partners.
• Support external sales activities by identifying opportunities, coordinating follow‑ups, and assisting with account management.
• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, healthcare organizations, and procurement partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are addressed efficiently and accurately.
• Proactively identify and resolve potential issues before they escalate.
• Analyze customer trends, requests, and operational challenges to identify improvement opportunities.
• Provide guidance to customers using knowledge of healthcare operations and procurement processes.
• Stay informed on changes within the Canadian healthcare system, including regional pressures, policies, and operational challenges.

Required profile

• Experience in the Canadian healthcare system, preferably with work in a Canadian hospital or Group Purchasing Organization (GPO).
• Understanding of operational, clinical, and procurement dynamics in provincial healthcare environments.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French, with the ability to communicate confidently in both languages.
