Customer Care Representative (Full‑time)

About the role

Join Purity Life Health Products as a Customer Care Representative at our Acton head office. In this fast‑paced, hands‑on position you will be the primary point of contact for retailers, brokers and account representatives, ensuring orders and inquiries are handled promptly and accurately.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and enter orders via phone and ticketing system using the AS400/Webseries platform.
• Assist customers with product, sales queries and complaints, providing high‑quality service.
• Handle inbound calls, perform order maintenance and follow‑up with outbound calls.
• Process authorized credits and update customer data in the system.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with accounts and ensure accurate record‑keeping.

Required profile

• Proven success in a customer service environment.
• Excellent phone etiquette and strong teamwork orientation.
• Fluent written and spoken English; French is an asset.

Required skills

• Experience with AS400/Webseries system (or similar ERP).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
