Customer Care Agent – Bilingual (English/French)

About the role

As a Customer Care Agent you will be the primary point of contact for Grand & Toy’s business customers across Canada. You will handle inquiries, orders, returns and product questions through phone, email and chat, delivering a professional and seamless experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and chat, providing accurate information and resolving issues.
• Process orders, changes, returns and related transactions with high accuracy, monitoring status and communicating updates.
• Build strong relationships by offering timely, knowledgeable, solution‑oriented support.
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, Pricing, Merchandising, Inventory Management and offshore teams to resolve service issues.
• Share customer feedback, identify recurring issues and stay current on products, services and systems to improve processes.

Required profile

• Fully bilingual – fluent in both English and French.
• Customer‑first mindset – committed to solving problems and creating great experiences.
• Strong communicator – clear, professional and confident in written and verbal communication.
