About the role

The Custom Framer‑2 joins the Winnipeg‑Crossroads store team to deliver personalized framing solutions while providing friendly, knowledgeable service to customers. This part‑time role blends sales, production and store upkeep in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers and guide them to the right framing solution.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures and company policies to ensure compliance and safety.
• Complete framing orders with high quality and on schedule.
• Maintain the ready‑made frame department, manage inventory and replenish stock.
• Assist customers in locating products, operate the cash register and handle cash according to standards.
• Support shrink‑prevention and safety programs.
• Participate in truck unloads, stocking and omni‑channel processes.
• Provide a clean, organized and clutter‑free store environment.

Required profile

• Basic computer and measuring skills.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and a glass cutter.
• Retail experience preferred, with a track record of selling products or services.
• Physical ability to bend, lift, stand for long periods and reach high shelves.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and early mornings as needed.
