Curriculum Planner

About the role

The Curriculum Planner will join Braineer Academy Ltd. in Calgary to design, develop, and evaluate educational curricula. You will work closely with teachers, researchers, and policy makers to ensure programmes meet learning objectives and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct research and determine objectives and milestones for new curriculum projects.
• Develop and structure curriculum content, teaching materials, and resources.
• Evaluate educational outcomes against intended objectives and recommend improvements.
• Supervise education policy researchers, consultants, and program officers.
• Produce reports, research papers, and presentations for conferences and workshops.
• Perform statistical analyses to assess cost‑effectiveness of education policies.
• Provide ongoing professional development, training, and consultative services to teachers.

Required profile

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal awareness and teamwork orientation.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Judgement and efficient interpersonal skills when interacting with children and stakeholders.
