About the role
The CRM Associate will optimise our HubSpot CRM, support lead‑generation and marketing campaigns, and conduct research and data collection to drive business initiatives. The role requires a self‑motivated, highly organised professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities
- Administer HubSpot CRM, including workflows, dashboards, reports, validation rules and integrations.
- Drive CRM adoption, improve business processes and manage sales funnels.
- Support and track marketing campaigns, reporting on performance.
- Monitor analytics and prepare reports on marketing and communications effectiveness.
- Research manufacturing companies, collect and verify key data, and enter information accurately into HubSpot or spreadsheets.
- Conduct outbound calls and emails while representing EMC professionally.
Required profile
- 2‑5 years experience in CRM administration (preferably HubSpot), customer service or marketing support.
- Strong computer, typing and data‑entry skills; proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines, prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Legally eligible to work in Canada.
