About the role

Join Chipotle’s restaurant team as a Crew Member, where you’ll help prepare fresh, responsibly sourced meals and deliver a friendly dining experience. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on training across all stations in a fast‑casual environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble menu items by hand, following Chipotle’s food safety standards.
• Operate the grill, prep stations, salsa bar, and expo area as needed.
• Handle cash transactions and operate the point‑of‑sale system.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including dishwashing and sanitation tasks.
• Provide courteous, prompt service to guests, answering questions and addressing concerns.

Required profile

• Friendly, enthusiastic attitude.
• Passion for helping customers and teammates.
• Willingness to learn cooking techniques.
• At least 16 years of age.
• Ability to communicate in the primary language of the work location.
