About the role
Join Chipotle’s restaurant team as a Crew Member, where you’ll help prepare fresh, responsibly sourced food and deliver a friendly, fast‑casual dining experience. No prior experience is required – we provide training for all stations.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble menu items by hand, following Chipotle’s standards.
- Operate the grill, prep stations, salsa bar, and cash register as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Provide courteous, attentive service to guests.
- Support teammates across all areas of the restaurant.
Required profile
- A friendly, enthusiastic attitude.
- Passion for helping and serving customers and teammates.
- Desire to learn cooking and food preparation.
- At least 16 years of age.
- Ability to communicate in the primary language of the work location.
