Crew Member – Fast‑Casual Restaurant Team

About the role

Chipotle is looking for enthusiastic crew members to join its fast‑casual restaurants. You will work in a dynamic environment preparing fresh food, serving guests and maintaining a clean dining area. You will rotate across stations to gain full restaurant experience.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare menu items by hand at the grill, prep station, salsa bar, and expo.
• Operate the cash register, handle payments and provide friendly customer service.
• Maintain food safety standards and keep workstations clean.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including stocking and cleaning.
• Support team members during busy periods and ensure smooth service flow.

Required profile

• Friendly, enthusiastic attitude and passion for serving guests.
• At least 16 years old.
• Ability to communicate in the primary language of the location.
• Willingness to learn cooking and food‑preparation skills.
