Creative Director & Graphic Designer

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and versatile Creative Director & Graphic Designer with a passion for luxury fashion. Reporting directly to the Vice‑President and President, you will shape and maintain our brand’s visual identity across digital and print platforms while collaborating closely with the E‑commerce Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and produce visual assets for website, e‑commerce, email campaigns, social media, ads, lookbooks, catalogues, invitations and other marketing materials.
• Uphold and refine the brand’s luxury aesthetic, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
• Partner with the E‑commerce Manager to curate and optimise visual content for the online store.
• Plan, coordinate and direct monthly e‑commerce and bi‑annual campaign photo shoots, working with photographers and stylists.
• Perform high‑end retouching, colour correction and image manipulation using expert‑level Photoshop skills.
• Implement and maintain efficient digital asset management systems and improve creative workflows.
• Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and maintain meticulous attention to detail.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 5 years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio in both print and digital, preferably in fashion, luxury or e‑commerce.
• Proven ability to create engaging content for e‑commerce platforms and to direct or collaborate on photo shoots.
• Exceptional organisational skills and experience managing digital assets.

• Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (advanced retouching and colour correction).
• Advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator.
• Advanced skills in Adobe InDesign.
• Experience with digital asset management systems.
