Copywriter - Contractor (6 months)

About the role

TCS World Travel, a luxury jet tour operator with over 30 years of experience and more than 300 expeditions to over 200 destinations, is hiring a Copywriter as a 6-month contractor. Reporting to the Creative Director, you will create compelling, conversion-focused copy for a discerning global audience, balancing luxury storytelling with performance-driven content across digital and print channels. You will work closely with senior writers, designers and marketing partners.

Key responsibilities

• Write precise, polished copy for digital and print channels that drives engagement and aligns with the brand
• Work with CRM and marketing teams to shape emails and nurture sequences for a high-net-worth audience
• Adapt existing messaging frameworks and brand platforms into high-performing copy across formats
• Collaborate with designers so that messaging and visuals work together
• Write copy for paid media and performance placements
• Contribute ideas to campaign planning and content strategy
• Edit and proof copy, keeping tone and brand voice consistent
• Use A/B testing and analytics to improve subject lines, headlines and CTAs

Required profile

• Proven experience in professional marketing or conversion writing, ideally in a studio, agency or hospitality setting
• Experience across advertising campaigns including direct mail, digital, print and email
• Portfolio showing brand storytelling and conversion awareness
• Ability to manage several projects, meet deadlines and work under pressure

Required skills

• Strong grasp of brand voice and attention to detail, grammar and editorial consistency
• Understanding of performance metrics and conversion copy
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
