Coordinator, Sourcing and Supplier Management

About the role

The Coordinator, Sourcing and Supplier Management plays a key part in executing Simons' sourcing strategy. You will ensure that supplier partners are onboarded, monitored, and evaluated against quality, compliance, speed and cost expectations while working closely with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee supplier onboarding, performance monitoring and evaluation to guarantee alignment with Simons' standards.
• Maintain the supplier matrix, performance dashboards and contractual documentation.
• Collaborate with buying, production, product development, design and quality teams to support sourcing needs and resolve issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of supplier management tools, processes and communication flows.
• Ensure suppliers adhere to Simons’ values, operational standards and strategic sourcing objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or university diploma in supply chain, operations management or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years experience in sourcing, production or supplier management, preferably in the apparel sector.
• Strong knowledge of fabric quality, inspection processes and compliance requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with private label management systems or similar tools.
