Cook's Helper

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Cook's Helper to join our Saint‑Georges restaurant team. You will support kitchen operations by handling dishes, preparing simple foods, and maintaining a clean work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Transport clean dishes, flatware and other items to serving areas and set tables.
• Operate dishwashers, deep fryers and grills, and clean kitchen equipment.
• Prepare, heat and finish simple food items, portion and wrap take‑out orders.
• Wash, peel, slice and trim vegetables, fruit and other foodstuffs.
• Stock refrigerators, salad bars and replenish condiments at tables.
• Maintain sanitation by cleaning work surfaces, cupboards, floors and handling cleaning products.

Required profile

• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Operation of deep fryers.
• Operation of grills.
• Dishwasher operation.
