About the role
We are seeking a dedicated cook to prepare ethnic dishes, with a focus on Japanese cuisine, for our restaurant in Sherbrooke.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes.
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas for cleanliness and safety.
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Clean kitchen and work areas regularly.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- 3 to 5 years of experience cooking in a restaurant setting.
- Availability for evening, day, and weekend shifts.
