About the role
We are looking for a dedicated Cook to join our team at Dim Sum Garden in Winnipeg. You will be responsible for preparing authentic Cantonese dishes and dim sum in a fast‑paced restaurant environment.
Key responsibilities
- Determine portion sizes and calculate food costs.
- Plan menus and estimate ingredient requirements.
- Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes.
- Order supplies and kitchen equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and work areas.
- Oversee daily kitchen operations.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation or equivalent experience.
- 2 to less than 3 years of cooking experience, preferably in Cantonese cuisine.
- Proficiency in English or French.
