Contracts Analyst

About the role

PointClickCare is seeking a Contracts Analyst to provide essential administrative, operational, and analytical support throughout the contract lifecycle. The analyst will ensure contracts are accurate, complete, and compliant before approval and execution, while maintaining high data integrity within CLM and CRM systems.

Key responsibilities

• Review contract documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with Legal Department standards.
• Identify issues, inconsistencies, missing information, and deviations from approved templates and policies.
• Enter, maintain, and track contractual data in CLM and CRM platforms.
• Support validation, reporting, and structured analysis of contractual terms across existing agreements.
• Maintain visibility into contractual obligations and ensure alignment with organizational policies.
