Contract Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Contract Specialist to draft, review, and refine high‑quality legal templates and annotated examples for a variety of commercial agreements. This remote position supports an AI‑driven training dataset by delivering precise, industry‑compliant documents.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and produce templates, samples, and annotated examples for Master Service Agreements, Lease Agreements, IP Licensing Agreements, Marketing Agreements, and other licensing contracts.
• Ensure all documents align with current legal standards, best practices, and real‑world commercial use cases.
• Submit well‑structured, high‑quality files that enrich the project’s AI training dataset.
• Communicate promptly and professionally in writing and verbally to clarify requirements and deliverables.

Required profile

• Practicing or recently qualified commercial attorney with experience in contract drafting and negotiation.
• Working knowledge of standard commercial agreements such as MSAs, lease agreements, IP and marketing contracts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity and accuracy.
• Proven ability to create or adapt legal documents for practical scenarios.
• Experience working remotely and delivering assignments autonomously.
• Detail‑oriented approach to ensure compliance with relevant laws and best practices.
• Interest or background in legal operations, technology, or AI‑enabled platforms is a plus.
