Content Marketing Manager (SEO & Organic Growth)

About the role

We are seeking a Content Marketing Manager to lead the organic growth engine of a fast‑growing direct‑to‑consumer lifestyle brand. Working fully remotely, you will shape how customers discover the brand across search engines, social platforms, communities, and emerging AI‑driven discovery channels.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute annual, quarterly and monthly content strategies aligned with product launches and business objectives.
• Develop content concepts, messaging frameworks, storytelling angles, creative briefs, scripts and campaign hooks.
• Define and optimise organic growth tactics for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube and other platforms.
• Lead SEO initiatives: keyword research, content optimisation, internal linking, technical recommendations and performance analysis.
• Identify and implement new opportunities to increase organic traffic, search rankings and customer acquisition.
• Build visibility on AI‑powered search platforms and large language models.
• Drive community presence through structured content, high‑authority publications, Reddit engagement and brand mentions.
• Measure and report on content and organic performance, refining strategies based on insights.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in content marketing, SEO or organic growth for consumer‑focused brands.
• Proven track record of building and executing content strategies that deliver measurable business results.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable growth initiatives.
