Content Author for Agriculture Brands

About the role

AdFarm is looking for a Content Author to create, update and maintain website copy for multiple agricultural brand properties using Magnolia CMS. The role blends SEO‑optimized writing with strict accuracy for regulated product information.

Key responsibilities

• Write and update website copy in Magnolia CMS, including headers, body copy, page titles, meta descriptions, and other page‑level content.
• Maintain a brand‑appropriate voice across agriculture, turf, pest control and horticulture product categories.
• Apply on‑page SEO best practices such as keyword integration, header hierarchy, internal linking, and meta data.
• Coordinate English and French versions of content, flagging layout issues caused by length differences.
• Collaborate with Design, the CMS Lead and the Digital Project Manager to move content efficiently from draft through review to publishing.

Required profile

• Post‑secondary education in communications, marketing, journalism, digital media or a related field.
• Experience writing, updating and publishing content within a CMS; Magnolia experience preferred.
• Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills for technical and regulated product information.
• Ability to adapt tone and messaging across multiple brands and audiences.
