About the role
Boston Consulting Group (BCG) is seeking motivated MBA candidates from U.S. schools to join its Consultant program for the US Campus in Canada. This full‑time position targets graduates scheduled between December 2026 and August 2027 and offers a fast‑track entry into management consulting.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with BCG teams to support client projects across industries.
- Contribute to analysis, problem‑solving, and the development of strategic recommendations.
- Engage with senior leaders to help drive transformation and competitive advantage for clients.
Required profile
- MBA student from a U.S. school graduating between Dec 2026 – Aug 2027.
- Demonstrated academic excellence and strong extracurricular involvement (volunteer work, internships, personal initiatives).
- Drive, creativity, intelligence, and proven leadership ability.
