About the role
Boston Consulting Group (BCG) is seeking motivated MBA graduates to join its Canadian consulting team as entry‑level Consultants. You will work on high‑impact projects that help leading organisations transform their businesses, blend digital and human capabilities, and achieve sustainable growth.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior BCG staff and client teams to solve complex strategic, operational, and digital challenges.
- Conduct rigorous analyses, develop data‑driven insights, and present recommendations to senior client leaders.
- Support the design and implementation of transformation initiatives across industries.
- Contribute to BCG’s knowledge base by creating frameworks, tools, and thought‑leadership content.
Required profile
- MBA candidate from a Canadian university graduating between December 2026 and August 2027.
- Demonstrated academic excellence and a record of extracurricular or volunteer leadership.
- Strong drive, creativity, intelligence, and the ability to lead and persuade.
- Professional experience through internships, projects, or personal initiatives is highly valued.
