Construction Worker – Full‑time, Calgary

About the role

Artistique Homes Ltd. is seeking a reliable Construction Worker to join its fast‑paced teams across various sites in Calgary. You will support daily construction activities, ensuring materials are handled safely and projects stay on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Load, unload and transport construction materials.
• Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring and barricades.
• Mix, pour and spread concrete and asphalt.
• Assist in framing houses, erecting walls and building roofs.
• Support demolition work and clean up salvaged materials.
• Handle chemical spills and other contaminants safely.
• Remove rubble and debris from sites.
• Operate or tend construction machines and equipment.

Required profile

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, physically demanding environment.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and overtime as needed.
• Reliability, teamwork orientation and a clean criminal record.
• Capacity to lift up to 23 kg (50 lb) repeatedly.

Required skills

• Concrete mixing and placement.
• Formwork erection and dismantling.
• Scaffolding assembly and safe use.
• Operation of basic construction equipment.
