About the role
We are looking for an energetic Construction Worker to join Panjab Exterior Inc. in Winnipeg. This entry‑level position involves working outdoors on various construction sites, handling materials and supporting the crew under tight deadlines.
Key responsibilities
- Load, unload and transport construction materials.
- Mix, pour and spread concrete and asphalt.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and clean up chemical spills.
- Tend and feed machines used on site.
- Direct traffic around construction zones.
Required profile
- Accurate and detail‑oriented.
- Client‑focused with strong interpersonal skills.
- Flexible, reliable and hardworking.
- Physically capable of handling loads up to 23 kg (50 lb) in a fast‑paced environment.
