About the role
We are looking for a Construction Site Supervisor to oversee daily activities on our commercial and residential projects in Edmonton. The role involves coordinating teams, ensuring safety compliance, and managing resources to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare production and other reports.
- Supervise workers and projects, coordinating and scheduling activities.
- Train staff or arrange for training.
- Set up machines and equipment and estimate costs and materials.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
- Read blueprints and drawings.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- 2 to less than 3 years of construction site supervision experience.
- Organized, reliable and a strong team player.
- Willingness to work evenings, days, weekends and overtime as required.
