Construction site supervisor

About the role

Alliance Drywall Inc. is seeking a Construction Site Supervisor to lead on‑site activities for our drywall projects in Calgary. You will oversee daily operations, ensure safety compliance, and coordinate teams in an outdoor, dusty environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare production and progress reports.
• Supervise workers, subcontractors, and overall project execution.
• Coordinate and schedule daily construction activities.
• Recruit, hire, and manage staffing actions.
• Arrange training and ensure health‑and‑safety regulations are followed.
• Estimate costs, materials, and labor requirements.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies.
• Lead and instruct individuals on site.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation (high school) certificate.
• 1–2 years of experience supervising construction or maintenance projects.
• Ability to work under pressure in outdoor, dusty conditions.
• Organised, reliable, and capable of handling flexible hours.
