About the role
We are seeking a motivated Construction Site Supervisor to join our team in Calgary. You will oversee daily site activities, ensure projects stay on schedule, and maintain a safe working environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare production and other reports.
- Supervise workers and projects on site.
- Coordinate and schedule construction activities.
- Arrange or deliver training for site personnel.
- Estimate costs and material requirements.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies.
Required profile
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 to less than 3 years of experience supervising construction sites.
Required skills
- Blueprint reading.
