Construction Site Supervisor

About the role

Ridgeline Project Management is seeking a Construction Site Supervisor to lead on‑site teams across commercial and residential projects in Calgary. You will ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards while supporting a diverse workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare production and other reports to track project progress.
• Supervise 5‑10 workers and coordinate daily construction activities.
• Schedule and co‑ordinate tasks, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Recruit, hire, and arrange training for new staff.
• Enforce health and safety regulations on the site.
• Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation certificate.
• 1–2 years of experience supervising construction crews.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Ability to manage a team of 5‑10 workers.
• Excellent oral communication, strong organization, and reliability.
