Construction Site Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Construction Site Supervisor to join Skyline builders and landscaping designs inc in Edmonton. The role involves overseeing daily activities on construction sites, ensuring projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare production reports and other documentation required for project tracking.
• Supervise workers, subcontractors, and overall project progress on site.
• Coordinate and schedule daily activities, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.
• Estimate material quantities, costs, and labor requirements.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Requisition, order, and manage delivery of materials, equipment, and supplies.
• Lead and instruct individuals and teams to achieve project goals.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation (high school diploma) or equivalent.
• 1 to less than 2 years of experience in construction site supervision or a related role.
• Ability to work on‑site and travel between locations as needed.
