About the role
The Construction Site Supervisor oversees daily activities on a building project, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards. This on‑site position requires close coordination with workers, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep the project moving forward.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare production reports and other project documentation.
- Supervise workers and manage multiple construction projects.
- Coordinate and schedule daily activities, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.
- Enforce health and safety regulations on the site.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 to less than 3 years of experience in construction supervision.
- Fluency in French is mentioned as a language requirement.
