Construction Site Supervisor

About the role

The Construction Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily activities on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role requires direct supervision of crews, coordination of materials, and strict adherence to health and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise a crew of 5‑10 workers and manage multiple construction projects.
• Ensure all health, safety, and environmental regulations are followed on site.
• Requisition, order, and manage materials, equipment, and supplies needed for project execution.
• Lead, instruct, and mentor team members to maintain productivity and quality.
• Maintain site documentation, including safety reports and material logs.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel between sites.
• Bondable status and ability to work under pressure in noisy, dusty, and elevated environments.
• Personal protective equipment such as steel‑toed boots, hard hat, and tools.
• Excellent oral communication, organization, reliability, and teamwork skills.
• Certifications: Working at Heights training, WHMIS Certificate, Fall Arrest Protection Training Course.
