About the role
The Construction Site Superintendent will lead the daily operations of construction projects, ensuring that work progresses safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standards. This role requires close coordination with clients, project managers, and subcontractors to keep all parties informed of milestones and any emerging issues.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily operation of construction projects on site.
- Ensure safety, compliance, and quality regulations are consistently followed.
- Communicate project progress and milestones with clients and project managers.
- Manage subcontractors and maintain organized site logistics.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of experience in the construction sector.
- Strong project management and communication abilities.
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents.
- Familiarity with regulatory construction standards.
