Construction Scheduling & Claims Consultant

About the role

Revay and Associates Limited is seeking a Construction Scheduling & Claims Consultant to join its Calgary team. The role involves applying scheduling and forensic analysis expertise to large‑scale construction projects across Canada and internationally. You will work under the guidance of senior consultants to develop, monitor and defend project schedules and related claims.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze construction schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project following industry‑recognized best practices.
• Conduct forensic schedule analysis, productivity studies, and delay assessments to support claim quantification.
• Develop expert reports and graphics that translate complex technical information for clients.
• Provide advisory services in schedule development, monitoring, control and risk management.
• Collaborate with project teams and senior consultants on a variety of industrial, civil, commercial and institutional projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, architecture or quantity surveying.
• Professional designation with a recognized association (e.g., APEGA) is preferred.
• 5–10 years of experience in construction planning, scheduling, forensic analysis, claims and project management.
• Strong analytical, writing and communication abilities.
• Self‑starter capable of working independently and as part of a team.
