Construction Quality Control Manager

About the role

ACCIONA is seeking a Construction Quality Control Manager to lead quality assurance activities on major infrastructure projects in Ontario. The role ensures that all construction work complies with established quality standards, regulatory requirements, and project specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, review, and execute Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) for assigned projects.
• Manage and supervise the Construction Quality Control staff, verifying that team members possess the necessary qualifications and experience.
• Implement robust quality control, inspection, and testing processes throughout the construction phase.
• Monitor compliance with regulatory standards and project specifications, identifying and mitigating risks.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance project outcomes and deliver high‑quality results.

Required profile

• Proven experience in construction quality control or a related field.
• Ability to lead and supervise a quality control team.
• Strong knowledge of inspection and testing procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills applied to construction projects.
